Inspired as Fuck
A Sunday Gathering Series in Vienna
Remember when the rhythm of daily life meant that every Sunday, people would gather in church?
Now, on our side we are not exactly sad that traditional religious institutions increasingly lose their grip on society.
But we are social animals, and for most of human history the tribe, the village, the family, the community held us together.
Modernity and technology gave us freedom and individuality, but took away many of our social foundations.
With those foundations went the regular moments of coming together. Pausing, breathing, connecting. Putting the busy hustle and bustle of modern life on hold for a few hours.
What is left is a vacuum. Maybe you can feel it, too.
In a way, modern capitalism has come to the rescue to fill that empty space: buy more, consume more, get this next experience.
While it can be exciting, it will never satisfy that deeper yearning inside of us.
That’s because what we are really looking for is genuine human connection, creative expression, and play. And through that, reconnecting to ourselves and something larger, whether you want to call that spirit, God, or simply your nervous system trusting the world again.
If that speaks to you, you are warmly invited to join us for the first edition of a new series in Vienna.
Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I'll meet you there.

Inspired as Fuck – Edition #1
An experimental field for co-creation, creative expression and genuine connection
25 October
11:00-16:30
Studio Perform
Mariahilfer Strasse 51, 3. Innenhof, rechte Tür
1060 Wien

What will happen during the gathering?
Rather than an experience to consume, this is a place for co-creation, experimentation and playfulness.
Each event, we will facilitate some elements drawing from Authentic Relating, Contact Improvisation, ecstatic dance, bodywork, meditation, breathwork, painting, and the like.
But the whole idea here is that everyone contributes something to the field. Because we believe that the magic happens in reciprocity.
Co-creation instead of co-consumption.
Your contribution can be big or small, it really doesn’t matter. (Some ideas for inspiration further down below.) No need to be perfect either.
What matters is the attitude, and that we create something together no one can predict exactly.
See, we find that exciting.
How do we create a shared experience together?
Arrival: Please arrive between 11:00 - 11:30, as we will open together and create a shared container. If that does not feel practical this time, we would love to welcome you at the next edition.
Opening and closing: We will open and close together. You are free to leave anytime of course, but we encourage you to plan to stay for the whole experience. There is a sweetness to the shared presence that becomes available when people aren’t mentally rushing to the next thing.
Your contribution: we ask you to contribute something to the field, here are some ideas:
Skilled at a specific modality, why not offer a short session? (please ping us beforehand so we can explore how this fits)
Musical talent? Fantastic. Let us know.
There is a poet inside of you? Invite us into your world.
Love cooking? We will provide some simple but nourishing food, but why not upgrade the “abundance factor” and contribute something that nourishes the body and soul?
Artsy type? Help us decorate the space so it holds our gathering with beauty.
Not sure / little time? The size of your contribution does not matter. What matters is that you offer something from your heart: free hugs, reflective questions people can draw, 3 min shoulder massages (yes please!), anything that would make a Sunday gathering more memorable, joyful, and magical.
Financials: money is not the objective, but it’s a tool to make it happen. There will be a box for donations so we can cover the costs for studio rental (250 EUR) and food. Give anything you want. Never let money be the reason you don’t join.
We are excited to welcome you.
Joyfully,
Florian & Alex
